Doing business with The Brulin Corporation is easy with the efficient and professional service provided by our courteous and knowledgeable Customer Service Department. Some of the services we provide are:

New Account Set Up
New customers will need to provide us with their billing/shipping address(s), telephone and fax numbers, contact name, credit information if terms are desired, tax exempt certificate, if applicable, the type of your business, products needed, and special shipping instructions. We will assign a Sales Representative to your account who will work in conjunction with our department to satisfy your cleaning needs.


Order Entry
An existing customer can very easily place an order with our department by either calling the toll-free number above, or by faxing the order to us at (317) 925-4596. Please indicate your company name, customer account number if known, product name and quantity needed, and special shipping instructions.


Technical Information
Should you need current Material Safety Data Sheets or Label Releases, they are available on this web site. You may also call or fax your request to us. We will promptly send the information needed via fax or mail, as you request.


Tracking Lost Shipments
If a shipment does not arrive when expected, call our 800 phone number and provide your purchase order number or account number, and we will be happy to contact the carrier to determine the status of the shipment. Should the shipment be lost or damaged, we will promptly arrange a replacement.


Credit Information
The credit terms are a Standard Net 30 upon receiving credit approval. The other payment options we offer are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Letter of Credit, Wire Transfer or Pre-pay in advance.
