Soil Removal

Brulin Descaler removes a wide range of organic and inorganic soils. Some categories of soils that can be removed with Brulin Descaler include*:

• Calcium Scale
• Carbonate Scale
• Iron Scale
• Magnesium Scale
• Oxide Scale

Usage Directions

1. Turn off the wash tank pump and drain the existing cleaning solution.
2. Fill the wash tank with fresh water. Recirculate for 10 minutes with no heat. Drain thoroughly.
3. Fill the wash tank with fresh water and add the appropriate concentration of Brulin Descaler. For light scale build-up, use a concentration between 15-20% by volume. For heavy scale build-up, use a concentration between 20-25% by volume.
4. Heat the wash tank to 120°F and recirculate for one hour. This will enable Brulin Descaler to dissolve and remove mineral deposits and scale build-up. Turn off the pump and heaters, and drain.
5. Fill the wash tank with fresh water. Turn on the pump and recirculate for 10 minutes with no heat. Turn off the pump, and drain thoroughly.
6. Fill the wash tank with fresh water and add the appropriate concentration of cleaning solution.
7. Resume production cleaning.
