Nut Lube 10B (FD) is diluted to achieve the required torque specified in an application. Most applications work well when the use-dilution is between 1 part Nut Lube to 3 parts water (25%) down to 1 to 6 (~ 14%) while some applications require using as heavy as 1 to 1 (50%). The more concentrated the use-dilution is for Nut Lube 10B (FD), the lower the torque values will be.
The solution of Nut Lube 10B (FD) is applied at ambient temperature. Pieces to be coated may be sprayed, dipped, or wiped with the Nut Lube 10B (FD) solution. Parts can then be allowed to drain dry, spin dry or forced heated air can be applied.
