Rinse Aid 897 is a surfactant additive designed to suppress foam in process detergents when used at elevated temperatures.
Rinse Aid 897 may be used initially to suppress foam or may be added later to restore foam suppression. This product is not hazardous as defined by the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200.
Rinse Aid 897 is non-corrosive and non-staining to a wide variety of alloys. Some selected categories of materials compatible with Rinse Aid 897 include*:

For most applications, dilute Rinse Aid 897 1 part to 100-1,000 parts rinse solution (1% – 0.1%).
Temperature: 120-170ºF (49-77ºC), typically used at 130-150°F (54-66ºC)
